1980's or 90's. Light weight woven fabric. 78% rayon, 22% wool. Dry clean. Fabric from Germany. It looks much like linen but doesn't wrinkle like linen. Pull over. Bias cut hugs your figure. Size 6. It measures 50 1/2" long. Laying flat seam to seam it's 18" across under the arms, 16" at the waist, 20" at the hips. The only condition issue I can find is that the previous owner cut the shoulder pads out (last photo). I would not have known if they hadn't left remnants at the seam. Otherwise it's like new. I ship same or next business day.
